Here's a photo of the finished install. I still may put some kind of covering over the opening but they work better than I dreamed. I've always hated the tendency of our bus to turn into a convection oven. So, we were always running the air which is so much like being at home it's almost not camping. These fans have cooled the bus more than I expected. Also Gumpy rescued me fro headlight hell. That dude is smart.

Isn't that plexiglass going to let a lot of heat in?
Brian, the plexiglass doesn't seem to let any more heat in than the radiant heat coming off the roof around it and with the fans it's livable without AC on days like today. I wouldn't hesitate ago do it again. Now, if I full timed in a cold climate that would be a problem. i'd probably make an insulated insert.
