If the screens can be made to withstand the vibration that's actually a seriously good idea. Although a boring person would no-doubt argue that the screens amounted to a multiple-colour light source attached to the back of the vehicle and therefore in contravention of construction-and-use regs.

It'll probably end up being used for advertisements, like we don't already have too damn many. Maybe they could play movies for when you are stuck behind one for miles.
