Any help in locating muffler for 4106 or substitute would be greatly appreciated..Luke doesn't have one!

Best bet at this point in time is to peruse thru the Donaldson or Wagner catalogs to find something similar. You'll probably have to yanquiengineer something.

I can never find the Donaldson part number when I need it, but thankfully I can always find TomC's post with it!

This muffler DOES fit, but it's TIGHT. Nothing needs to be taken apart to get it in or out, it's just a tight fit. You'll nee to make a 6" ID to 5" OD collector that's offset to one side to allow clearance for the muffler outlet, but it's been done, and it does work.
A Nelson Muffler replacement # is 86121M measures 10x15x26(L)
Their website to download a catalogue is http://www.nelsonglobalproducts.com/catalogs/ (http://www.nelsonglobalproducts.com/catalogs/)
Jim,
I can't find that # in the Nelson catalogue
I found a 10'x15'x26' with 4 inch inlet/outlets # 86115M
Donaldson
I found M120176
5" in and out
10"x15"x 26" (29' OVERALL )
Darrell,
I've got one that is not perfect, but still useable. The outer skin has rusted away couple of places, but not rusted all the way through. It would buy some time before you had to re-engineer your exhaust system.
It could be patched or used as is.
PM me if you have any interest.
