All I see is a red X where the picture should be.
Lots of fire apparatus have heavy front axles. They need them. 16K all the way to 24K. Probably this truck needs a heavy front end also? Some help here .... I did NOT see a Jake Brake? Brumm ... brummmm ... brummmmm! Yikes! HB of CJ (old coot) :)
Now it works. Is that a 16V-92 or two 8V-92's joined together? Did truck builders offer such an engine?

My kind of toys, the biggest I played was the twin turbo 12V-71, worked on many 16V-92 Generators.
Thinking about the truck, yes, front axle, radiator, transmission but don't forget the rear to handle all that torque. Hell, the 12V-71 NA would easy spin the MC7 rear, lots of torque off idle on the non turbo models.
