Title: Help Me Identify This Connector
Post by: sparkplug188 on March 22, 2015, 08:41:55 AM
I noticed this strange connector on the replacement Delco starter for my 8v92. Does anybody know what it is for? You may have to scroll to the right to see it. The picture is very high resolution.

Found quite often on remote sited/auto start generators.

Thanks! I am not sure if I want to set up OCP on my bus. It sounds like a great feature, but I am still a little confused.

Since my starter came with the OCP plug preinstalled, can I skip to step 9 in this PDF?

OCP Installation Manual PDF (https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&ei=droQVdGZMczBggT6iYHABA&url=http://delcoremy.com/Documents/Starter-Service-Manuals/OVER-CRANK-PROTECTION-(OCP).aspx&ved=0CB8QFjAA&usg=AFQjCNGTObieAwggPmNt7Z6a9mAdzBDvlg&sig2=x3qreXO_NjluqttDne5BoQ)

Where can I buy the two pin harness that fits the OCP plug on the starter?

Edit: I just noticed the image in the first post is broken.  I will re-upload it here:
