Anybody been across 164 from searchlight to i15 lately..good or bad Bus road..i was over it years ago pullin a big trailer just don't remember..


NEVER MIND JUST CHECKED MILAGE ITS ALOT FARTHER TO PAHRUMP..i'd deleat this post if I knew how..

According to mapquest it is 17 miles farther but the plus is that you can avoid going thru most of Vegas.....haven't been on that road for probably about 8 years.

Was over it 6 Month ago. Mostly 55mph have plenty of fuel to make Pahrump NV because if you think fuel price in Baker is high check out the price in Shoshone Ca.
PS you get to go down the Baker Grade too. You can over night in Baker Ca. right a cross the street form the world famous tallest thermometer. & Check out the Crow Bar in Shoshone for lunch. http://shoshonevillage.com/ (http://shoshonevillage.com/) Bruce

hi Matt, when it snows the Joshua forest, in the new york mountains,  is magnificent, no chance of that now, be sure and stop in Nipton  and get some pickled cactus and snake surprise in a can, for Tony, tom...
