Wow, with me and my Budweiser, I'd never run out of juice, I mean electricity.
Wow! "The more complicated they make the plumbing ... the easier it is to stop up the pipes". So now they are serious about all this just to modernize the urinal? Also wondering how many "tax dollars" from somewhere helped pay for all of this? Just me. HB of CJ (old coot) :) :)
I think its a piss-take - it will eventually cost $1000. For $1000 you can buy a hell of a lot of food for refugees. I can't see it as genuine.
That sounds like a crapshoot (crap chute?) to me. Now if only they could connect it to the engine's urea-injection smog system, then you could drink pissy beer, make electricity and lessen emissions all at the same time. Isn't technology wonderful? Even the NREL could use it . . .
John
With so many people that pee all over themselves on some transit buses not to mention other bodily output, they may as well put it to good use. It happens so much around here that they could even make money. :)
Gives new meaning to the Brits "Piss off Mate" , will the gov impose fines for misuse?
If urine gets used to create electricity to power vehicles then you can bet your boots you'll be taxed for peeing.
Would give new meaning to peeing your money away.
I still prefer the Eastern European solution - just do it out the window and deny responsibility. Or this....(https://busconversionmagazine.com/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Ftapatalk.imageshack.com%2Fv2%2F15%2F03%2F12%2Fe0ffae9c1c6bc3f58eceadebc4d1af70.jpg&hash=0c588fe0d25ca6284cd1e8fefc52df62818e3fae)
That cracks me up. Brings new meaning to the idea of doing 2 jobs at once. Driving a skoolie and taking a crap. :)
I'm not sure how others do it, but I don't take a crap, I leave one.
I was just thinking about that too Jon. Abstracting is fun isn't it even with buses.
With your name Jon, it was expected that you would have weighed in on this.
I'm a bit surprised. I thought that this would be a natural for the solar guys.
I still have a toilet bucket in my bus:
