Does anyone know of a good source for window felt for a 1963 Flxible Starliner?
Below is a photo of my bus showing where the felt would be found and a second photo where you can see the felt looking through an overly dirty window with the window partially slid away from its closed position and the last photo shows the felt itself where you can see how badly worn it has become on some of my windows.
It measures 7/16" wide and 1/8" thick, has a metal backing (aluminum, I'm assuming) and slides into what looks to be a 1/2" channel on the window. Each windows uses approximately 20.5" of felt, so or all 8 windows, I'd need around 165" total.
FYI: I did talk to Mario in CA who can provide most of the other rubber/felt parts for my window, but does not have a source for the window felt I need.
