Ok on the Prevost the door controller has 4 relays,4 Norgen Valves and 6 diodes, on the lock circuit when the door touches the frame the RLA (relay) is supposed to find a ground to de energize the RLV (relay) it is not doing it and the ground is there plus all the relays and Nogren valves are new ? if one of the diodes is bad will that cause the relay not to pickup a ground
The latch is clean Ace advised me on that part this thing is getting very frustrating and I don't want to go back to the Prevost service center I just paid all the Christmas bonuses there and it still doesn't work advice anyone
Clifford, I found my latch to be dirty and or corroded as I said and I found this by using a jumper wire to a good ground.
It has to be really really shiny clean to make a good contact. After I got that working, I found a norgren valve needed to be replaced. That swap made it work perfectly!
Not sure if your problem is the same as what I had or not!

Clifford,
Is this an H-3 model? Is the door not securing shut? I don't know much (I only drive them). I won't see my mechanic till next week, but if you PM me with a description of the initial problem and your solutions, I may be able to get some help. Good luck.
