I used the cheap one from Home Depot and took the outer trim ring off, it works fine.  Now that is on a 4104, so I don't know if your door is thinner or not.

Any commercial door and lock shop will have a schelage that you can put any size connector in which they should also have. ;D

Could you reverse it; put the key part in main coach body so the deadbolt enters the door instead of the other way around?

I agree with Cheesie,  I have seen the reverse version on several coaches.  Its less cutting of the door and adds a cleaner look to the door.

His is in the door already he can find the replacement he is not going to like a house type that stands out about 2 inches his now only stands out about 1/4 of a inch from the door. I am just going to enjoy watching him squirm at the price from Prevost  ;D

The one in my old Prevost is a Corwin and I priced a replacement for around $200. just last month. I removed it and took it to the local locksmith and he made a replacement part in his miniature machine shop and it worked great. He then rekeyed it and threw in a couple of new keys and said twenty bucks. Needless to say I gave him a tip. Old guy in a small town and he wanted to show off his skills --- I let him.

I have a Trimark in my Eagle.   Good folks to work with, and the latch assy. is a combination with integral deadbolt all in one unit.

The way your door is made it will take some modification to make the Trimark work I have a air cylinder lock here for you I was planning on installing at the top then you just flip a switch

I just never got around to installing it to stop the door movement at the top when underway  it's here if you want it I found it yesterday looking for the spare dead bolt I thought the dead bolt had broke

This is what I am using on the 4104.  http://www.lowes.com/pd_279854-51800-DLX71_0__?productId=3142301&Ntt=gatehouse+deadbolt&pl=1&currentURL=%3FNtt%3Dgatehouse%2Bdeadbolt&facetInfo= (http://www.lowes.com/pd_279854-51800-DLX71_0__?productId=3142301&Ntt=gatehouse+deadbolt&pl=1&currentURL=%3FNtt%3Dgatehouse%2Bdeadbolt&facetInfo=)

The trim ring comes off and you can mount it flush against the door so there is only a very small lip on it.  I can take a picture when I get home if anyone wants to see what it looks like.

Hey, Vern.  That's similar to the deadbolt I used but I have a fairly large window in my door and it would be easy for someone to break out the glass and reach in to open the lock using the lever on the inside.  Mine has the "double sided" lock and you have to use the key on both sides.  There is an emergency key nearby inside the bus so anyone can quickly unlock and get out in an emergency, but nobody trying to break in from the outside knows that.

You remove the trim ring then all it takes is a pair of Channel Locks to twist the lock open, that is the purpose of the ring to prevent twisting the lock

If someone wants to get in that bad they are going to get in anyway.  All I want is to slow someone down enough at a campground to give me time to retrieve my theft deterrent system.
