Gordie -

Nice work!!!

Am I seeing things in that second-to-last photo, or does your '04 have a one-piece windshield??

What are you going to do for wipers?  Single arm like OEM, or pantograph like the 'Hounds and 4016+ models?

FWIW & HTH. . .

;)

RJ,
I narrowed the windshield opening and eliminated the center post, then used clear silicon to seal the center edges, leaving a 1/8" gap. They are the standard two piece windshields. Did it with a street rod many years ago. I have single arm electric wipers. Two speed plus intermittent. They cover plenty of area. I forgot to put them on when I drove to do the photos.

The bus looks sharp Gordie.  I like seeing it in front of "The Park Theatre".  I've seen many movies there when it was still operating.  It brings back many memories.

Hey Gordie, such a nice job and then the extra effort to document! Just awesome. How did you come up with the design for the paint? It looks great. I have had our bus a long time and I still cant come up with something I like lol. Again nice job and thanks for sharing.
