This is one you don't want to miss. Details are below.
Pam and Tony have put a tremendous amount of work into it. They want the attendees to have the experience of a lifetime. It's gonna be a good one!

Hi Paul, it does sound like a great event, , Tami and I have taken a ride many times to have a nice meal at the winery, lvmci...
Sounds like fun-I'm going to go! Good Luck, TomC
Sounds like a good place to start my fulltiming in my bus, and finally meet some of you ;D
Hey Paul (and Pam & Tony)-
Cindy and I are going to do everything in our power to be there. . .and we've seen what you did at your Cody, WY rally, so we know it'll be a good time. Maybe Cindy will batch up some of her Apple Pie moonshine for our evening enjoyment!
We'll keep you posted!
Art
It would be great to see you and Cindy there, Art. Just a hop skip and jump for you guys.
Here's the website to download the registration form. It's brand new, so some tweaking will happen now and then. They are hoping for 30 coaches, but will settle for 60! ;)

This should be a great beginning for a nice rally without ties to clubs and national associations for RV's, people just having fun no meetings, brand names not important , flag positioning contest and in a nice park we plan on making it
Hey Mark & Clifford-
We'll be looking forward to seeing you both (and your better halves) there. We're going to do everything we can to make it--what could possibly happen?
LOL Cindy change her mind that could happen
We are going, just have to put in for vacation. Tony and Pam put on a great rally
BUMP
We've been to a rally that was put on by Pam and Tony, They really go all out. Wouldn't miss it. Now they only need 29 more Coaches to sign up.
Better get signed up don't want to be#31 and miss out on the free stuff...they had good free stuff at Cody..
Greetings! Your Rally sounds interesting - we have a few questions. Is this at a campground and if so, is there an additional fee for a campsite?
What does your Rally include --such as entertainment, or whatever features offered.
Thank you!
Jack and Yvonne McDonald
All of the questions you asked are answered in the Registration Form.
It is an RV campground, campsite included in the rally fee, no entertainment scheduled at the present time. There will be a special evening set aside to celebrate St. Patrick's day.
Just a fun time to be had, show off your coach, meet new people, and sell some of your left over stuff from your build.
It's all about spending time with people that share a common interest.

Paul not to disagree with you but looking at both the registration form and the website I do see where it's not all that clear that the campsite is included or if there is any type of entertainment.
Also for me the included meals are somewhat confusing. (but remember I'm easily confused. Just trying to help you make early changes that may make things clearer for those of us that are a little fuzzy sometimes)
;D BK ;D
LOL old Jack Daniels may supply the entertainment it does at most rallies
I'm going to have the Rally Master, Tony Saraceni answer this as he is the one that set it up. I'm just a delivery fella. ::)
Sorry for any confusion on the rally website and registration form.
The Wine Ridge RV Resort and Cottages is a beautiful RV park that is located behind the winery. They offer 50 AMP service with full hook up and a concrete patio at each site.
The rally fee INCLUDES * 5 nights parking for 2 people in 1 coach
* Dinner for 2 people on Monday night ( 3/16/15 )
* BBQ dinner for 2 people on Thursday night ( 3/19/15 )
There are OPTIONAL MEALS being offered on Tuesday ( 3/17/15 ) and Wednesday ( 3/18/15 ) for ADDITIONAL CHARGERS PER PERSON if you want to attend. These are being run by Wine Ridge Resort on a PRE-reservations only basis.
As to entertainment ...this is still a work in progress.
We are planning a lot of activities to occupy your time during the day.
PLEASE do not hesitate to CALL if you have any questions. We are in Cody WY MST 307 250 6966
Wishing you and yours a wonderful Turkey Day!!
Pam & Tony Rally Masters
At the first bus conversion convention I went to in Laughlin, Nv, both the Prevost and MCI factor guys were there with their RV conversion shells. How about having someone from Detroit Diesel and Allison Transmission come to talk?
Tom, now that would be something! the Nye county sheriff's would have to post officers at the hwy & winery road, because of all the looky-lous, where would the mci, prevost, allison and DD booths be located tho? maybe the parking lot at the casino/rv park down the street, Gary Bennett could bring a couple of his projects too, like the 1960s flexble, with the 50 series in it...
Adults don't need entertaining at a rally all they do is look at a engine compartments ,lie about climbing a hill,hp ,antifreeze, oil, and fuel mileage ;D that makes for a good show it's self.
We could chip in a pay Bob Wards fuel to attend then you have a 1 man show equal to none just telling the story on Jim the RV Safety Guy would be worth the admission price

The Flyer and Registration Form has been updated showing a few minor changes and clarifications. To download the pdf form go to the website. http://www.busconintl.com/bci-inaugural-rally-registration-form.html (http://www.busconintl.com/bci-inaugural-rally-registration-form.html)
Get those registration forms in as soon as possible. So far the response has been great and can be even better if those who haven't signed up do so soon.

I mailed in my registration and payment yesterday! See all you there! Good Luck, TomC
Going to buy me a new printer today to print mine, sucks about every time you buy a new laptop the old printer wouldn't work with a new version of Windows
At my age more of an abstract, but one can ask. HB of CJ (old coot) :) :)
Dairy farming is a big business there. Some time ago they moved the Heifers (milk cows that is) out of the Pahrump Valley over to the Amargosa Valley but they are still growing alfalfa hay there. .
Bruce
Ha, could have sworn it was chickens?
Clifford, you can usually update your printer drivers, so that it will work with new windows versions. I usually just go to the library to print something out, because my ink cartridges usually dry up between printing. ::)
Okay folks, the time is getting closer. Tony needs to have everyone sign up that is planning to attend as soon as possible. He is getting a little nervous and can't make the proper plans to invite vendors and such without knowing how many to plan for.
If you are going, please send in the registration form along with your payment soon.
Happy New Year to Everyone!
