Title: Stallion Bus
Post by: ArlieandEdie on October 04, 2014, 09:36:06 AM
Anyone have any good info on the Stallion Bus 900 series?  From the logo on the front and a youtube search for videos, it appears to be a Chinese made bus, though they claim a manufacturing facility in Brooklyn with a chassis assembly in Gaffney, South Carolina.  Any data would be appreciated.

We see the Chinese made buses in the Freightliner dealer all the time since they do have a Freightliner chassis-the chassis typically is not the problem. The wiring is a nightmare. I'd run away from any of those buses-plus who knows how well structurally they are built? Stick with good old American or European based buses with American power plants. Even the new Setra's with advertised Mercedes OM471 engines is a Detroit Diesel DD13 with different electronics. Good Luck, TomC
