From about 1990 thru 2000 Prevost had one big headlight assembly. The turn signal lens have a habit of cracking and discoloring . nwrvsupply.com has them for less than $10each. Just got mine and they are a good fit. Mounting holes and radius fit like they should. Grote # 5562.. Just sort of a source you share. turn signal insert only. Bob
