I have a line on a complete set of jake brakes for my 8v71, for a really good price. I am having a bit of trouble finding a place (locally) that knows what im talking about and can order me a rebuild kit for them.
Is there anywhere online where i could order such a thing? Or where did you go to get yours?!
Andy

can you tell how to tell the difference so he knows....
i have a set of 71 but no 92's and i forget... :-\
92's are wider easiest way to tell without measuring is the large oil hole on a 71 bridge
I need some 6V92TA Jake brake valve covers with the breathers on top. I have a pair of 8V92TA Jake brake covers with the inside breathers so I can trade or just buy the 6V covers I need.

I got what you need Geoff but I don't know for sure when we are coming to your area,I'll trade for the 8v92 covers I have a couple sets of new gaskets these dumb a** parts guys don't know the difference between a 6V and a 8V sent me 6V's twice for a 8V whoops just read the complete post mine are inside breathers so they won't do much good on a tilt engine
The jakes im buying came off of an 8v71 so i should be golden!
