Does anyone have a good source for front bags for the 4104 or current part numbers?
Thanks,
Vern

I'm surprised that he has a phone, he's so old-school that it would seem that Pony Express would be more his style. But he knows his stuff and is VERY helpful. Good guy, call him.

Yeah, I have been trying to cross reference the parts from the GM parts book to a modern number. I will give Luke a call when I can, I have already made too many personal calls today and living in cube land you have to be careful with that. That is why I like looking at stuff like that on the web or sending emails to people.

There you go.
Thanks guys. Should I have anything else replaced when they do the bellows? It is just the fronts, the rears look like they were done in this century and didn't bubble when I sprayed them.

Not a fight I got a dog in (my bellows are full of steel and they're pretty flat) but check the brackets, end plates, and screws really well. They're well known for rusting and causing leaks and damage to the rubber parts. Ask other 4104 owners if they suggest that you just go ahead and change them, even if they look OK now.
the bolts !!
thats why i asked if the rings are cast or pressed steel....
I would say pressed based on the appearance, but I will have to double check.
did you download, or do you have the parts book...if not why not... ???
Yes, I have one that came with the bus and the download as well.
