Wondering how these would look mounted to the back of the holes in the bumper on the 4104.

These Cibie's would be far, far better. The Airport model, either as the AB fog light, or the LP long range driving light.

We used Aircraft landing lights in ours GE 4537, if I remember. Set properly, made fantastic fog lamps.

Average Rated Life: 25 hours
Going to depend on how much you use them and voltage supply at the bulb. Ours lasted 10 years. We only used them when actually needed; not for bling factor like now a days on suv's Probably last about as long as Silvania Silverstars.
Funny because the UAVs I used to work with used PIAA fog lights for their landing lights.
