Need to change a few blades (12 blade fan) Rad /cooling. Not stock! I was overwhelmed by their web site. In Nebraska. I have the Breezax model and want to change direction on flow. (has removable blades). Does anyone do business with a smaller supplier that I could talk to and order parts? The blades although removable are not reversible. They have a Ls> on them now and I'm assuming I need Rs> also I would like to go from 26inch diameter to 29inch. One of those --glad I caught that now moments when you make changes that where not stock.. A backward fan could have easily cost me a rad in short order. (this is a project just coming together). Bob
Hello, Robert! I always enjoy your posts!
I know nothing bout your fan situation, but am interested in how much improved your cooling will be once it is done. Do you have to modify the shroud as well?
The part number you might be looking for is $$$$$. :D
You can get fans here in either direction of flow and dia.

Thanks for the lead.. I needing to verify fan tip speed and for that will need drive ratio.. Limits as I don't want to launch a blade into the rad. Will post what I come up with and what angle/blade it will tolerate. Bob
Bob, Try multiwing they will build you anything you want. They built me one for the 15 it is a 12 bladed adjustable pitch with the proper bolt pattern and center hole.

thanks Rusty:I'm Getting there. Who knew there was so much to change fan ..I have the ratio and max blade speed figured now. going top blade rpm plus 20%. Bob
I take it you are not not going to use the high dollar Linnig fan clutch used on Prevost if you do they limit the fan size fwiw,I haven't got over the shock 3000 bucks for a rebuilt fan clutch from Prevost
Found fan.. Using Horton air fan clutch as engine was already set up with it. ;D sometimes more complicated==BIG $$$$$$. 16 HP draw when locked.. sometimes more/ smaller(not length) blades= more suction. Hearing of cracking and blade launching of the larger Prevost fan blade. Radiators = big bucks. Plus air charge cooler could be lost also. Was surprised how small the air line (1/8) was going to the fan clutch. Bob
