Title: differential fluid level
Post by: Rick 74 MC-8 on June 08, 2014, 07:59:08 AM
My MC-8 has two plugs for checking the fluid levels on the differential. One is on the housing and one on the pumpkin. There is about an inch difference in height. Which is correct? Anyone

Thank you

Rick

I would use the pumpkin hole as it is in the housing for that gear set.  The axle housing can have a number of different pumpkins installed in it.
