Title: Water Temp Sensor
Post by: Scott & Heather on May 19, 2014, 08:16:26 AM
Trying to work down a list of coach work this summer and I'm stuck wondering what the thread size is on the water temp sensor wire stud. I'm missing the nut and want to buy a new one but don't know what the size is. This is for the water temp sensor curbside, 6v92 turbo NON DDEC (mechanical). Here's a pic of the stud I'm talking about:

They are frequently 10-32 but just as many aren't.  it looks like there's a nut still on there that you could remove and take to the store with you....

That but it is stuck on there. The whole dealy spins. I spent an hour trying to get it off

If the whole dealy(center) is spinning it's time for a new sensor that one won't be any good
