Been reading that a RV salesman routinely thats the temp to 235 f, on all diesel engines,, so am thinking he is full of IT.
Seems at least the O Rings on the liners would have failed by that point. Never let any of my critters get over 205 f.
Where have I gone wrong all these years !

At 235 degrees a 92 series would be a good boat anchor.
Not uncommon with the newer engines of today to see one running at 220 some of the thermostats don't open till 210 degrees but at 235 a 92 or 71 series would be well done and crispy
