Does anyone belong to the Days End Directory and if so would you recommend it? Does a person need to join the escapees rv club in order to get the directory? Thanks, Lee
Hi Lee, what is a days end directory? Lvmci...
I need to check it out a friend gave me the CD and I have never looked at it
Ok it's neat it list all free camping and cheap campgrounds across the US and Canada some with free electricity but I wouldn't spend 60 bucks to join Escapees for it JMO
There are a couple books that were published with the same. I have the Western version. There are also websites that you can use to list free and cheap camping
by state. These are more up to date than the books. Google it. I don't recall the url.
Have a go at this rvparky.com thing, I find it very interesting, listing many things along your travel route maybe.
Enjoy

Thanks everyone, did not know about the RV Parky site, it looks good. While reading Sean's 'Odyssey blog' I read about the Days End site, but didn't know to much about it. Was looking for somewhere safe to park while in unknown parts. I too have no need to join Escapees Club, wish they would just sell the directory by itself.
