I've got a cable with this type of plug on each end. I need another cable and a way to couple the two cable together. Does anyone know what this is and where I might find another? BTW, I've already contacted the vendor and they don't have any more.
Thanks.
Assuming that kind of cable/connector is no longer available... Can you cut the cable and add a center extension section? If it needs to be removable you could use something similar to Molex computer connectors -- standard, cheap, and easy to find.

Looks like this...http://www.digikey.com/product-highlights/en/molex-megafit-power-connectors/52054 (http://www.digikey.com/product-highlights/en/molex-megafit-power-connectors/52054)
Good luck!
i used to try to find the correct connectors etc....now i just splice things onto old connectors or make new harnesses from wiring harnesses I keep around (if I scrap electronics carsetc...i pull reusable connectors wiring) ends up being faster and if well done should be reliable.
Jim - If you can replace both ends..plug and receiving... Id go the molex route as previously mentioned. If it plugs into a box somewhere and its to much work to replace the reciever just cut the end off and splice it. Make sure you figure out which wire goes to which plug before you start snipping away. Wire to wire is all you need...wires dont care how they are plugged in as long as it will handle the current.
