Title: 1999 New Flyer CNG shell
Post by: napamikey on May 08, 2014, 11:05:22 AM
Hey guys,

Found this on craigslist, no relation to me.  It has been on and off for the past few years.  600 miles to a tank should be ok and cheap for CNG but I think the tanks expire after 15 years so $$$ to replace for same range.

$6900

I don't think DD is servicing the 50 CNG series any longer I know John Deere stopped building the heads several years ago, that is not a good engine

Bad engine + expiring fuel tanks = scrap.

Too bad.
