What is this little oil line for? What direction is the oil flowing, towards the blower or away from the blower? It looks to me like it probably feeds oil from the blower onto the drive gear. It leaks pretty badly and I was planning to replace it with a hose perhaps? Fred there are just 2 rubber seals on the line just replace those that is the feed line for the back bearings in the blower I would replace that old coupling between the blower and the block they are not hard to replace just remove the back plate and pull the blower shaft it will drop in with a little work
good luck
Thanks. The back end of the line is a brass compression fitting. The front end is a different type of fitting, sort of like compression but it has a rubber seal in it rather than a brass ring. I've already taken it off and it looks like that rubber seal is the problem. There's a lot of oil on top of the engine, it drools down the front of the engine right by the fuel pump.

Check the old coupling those things are bad about leaking with age I have a new one I will send you pm me a address. I probably have enough in the stock pile for you to change over to the new style supply line and the new style coupling but you have to remove the blower to change it over to the new styles on both it may not be worth it to you
OK will do. Thanks Clifford.

You can see the rubber "O" ring that apparently started leaking. I can't tighten the fitting any more to snug up that rubber piece because the nut bottoms out on the other piece of the fitting. Where am I going to find that "O" ring? Its not just a regular round O ring, its flat on the outside.

Damn Fred I will send you the correct seal in your package lol
I figured I better keep swinging until I struck out!

Fred,I don't have the washers just buy flange bolts and use RTV all 92 series use that method it is better than the copper washers you just put a small bead around the flange let it set for a while then install it will be there for ever you never see a 92 series leaking there .
I need to know if your coupling has the steel insert if does you have to remove the blower to change it and I don't have that one update I found one I will wait till Thru to ship in case you need anything else
I can see why you had a leak that 0-ring thing doesn't look anywhere close to what is supposed to be there ::)
OK I haven't found anything else so far.
I took the compressor off last night; I'll get a rebuild. Its been kind of slow and noisey, but mostly its just a lot easier to replace now with the engine out. The piece that goes between the cam shaft and the compressor drive gear looks good. I'll also try to get that other cover off and pull the dogbone out so I can replace that boot. Now that I steam cleaned the engine, I see that rubber boot isn't in very good shape.
GLobal sent me a video of the dyno test of the transmission yesterday. Bobbie said it checked out real good; maintained good pressures even at 180 degrees. The video is fun to watch and listen to.
