Title: OT alloy wheel?

My son recently gnarled the bead on one of his alloys - I got a replacement, unfortunately his are mill finish and the new one is mill finish with polished spokes -
QUESTION IS - what's the easiest way to (un)polish the spokes to match the other 3?
