Recently I bought a 24v to 12v converter made by Pyle (PSWNV720). It worked fine for awhile and now quit working. The fuse is not blown, but when I measure the 12v output it reads 24v (the same as the input voltage). Is this thing blown or can it be reset? Fuse was not blown and was rated for 30amps.
