I have a 1958 4104, and Im trying to remove the drivers side windshield motor/pump. I am in need of the instructions from the manual. Can anyone post a copy of the instructions?
Len Silva and Zimtok both have PDFs of the 04 manual, hopefully they will post you the link. FWIW I pulled mine just by looking at the assembly.
p.s. have you been working on your bus without a manual 'til now? If so you are in for a treat, it helps to have the manual , try to get the parts manual as well, helps with assemblies etc....good luck.
I have a parts manual, but haven't looked at it yet, but will have to now.
When all else fails, read the instructions.
So simple even an adult can do it.!>>>D
::) with his bus he may need more than a 4104 manual about the only thing that is a 4104 on that one is the paper work so don't be too hard on him

It's a parts manual? I thought it would only list the parts numbers? I will look at it later today.

I started taking it apart and when I tried to loosen the smaller bolt on the windshield arm, it was a, sort of shaft pin bolt, and it just came out. So now I figured rather than break it, I would try and find out the correct way to do it ???
I skimmed the parts manual....no images...The maintenance manual has a little info re how to adjust the pantograph and an diagram of the installed motor which may be helpful and perhaps the text discusses removal my I did not catch when I browsed.
I think I need a build a bus for dummies book ::)
