Does anyone know if this is a members Bus? Having no luck with link , here's the item # 251320731467
Well, looks like the owner's dropped the price finally. He's had it on CL at $40K for months, obviously with no takers.
Have no idea who owns it. . .
FWIW & HTH. . .
;)
John,
Here's a link to the eBay listing: http://tinyurl.com/Billys4106 (http://tinyurl.com/Billys4106)
The owner was pretty active here a couple of years ago. Went by the handle BWZE (same as his eBay ID), first name Billy. Looks like his last post was in March of 2012, but he last logged in as "busenthusiast" in Feb. 2013.
Don't know what happened, lost interest I guess.
He has it advertised on Craigslist Atlanta here: http://atlanta.craigslist.org/nat/rvs/3974668875.html (http://atlanta.craigslist.org/nat/rvs/3974668875.html)

Thanks RJ AND Bob . It is a nice looking bus and the repairs listed is a great start for a nice conversion ! I think this a have to go down and meet up with another gm busnut who has more experience than i do and take a good look. I have just fallen for the looks of a 4106 . RJ we talked about the one that was on ebay coupla months ago that had been total redone with crate 871 and the new off the shelf 730 auto the fellow had done a fantastic job every thing was painted a pearl gloss white inside the complete interior was white, even the craftsman tool box in the bay was painted white. they took it off ebay and i spoke with friend who trying to help his widow sell it they had it for 28900.00 and got some really low ball offers . He said that she was considering offers. i felt really bad about the offer i could make and waited for two days and then called to see if she would talk and he told me she sold that morning for about 5k less than i was going to offer !!! boy whats the saying if you snooze........
Man, that coach is beautiful; needs an automatic for most these days. Looks to have been converted with attention to details. Worth a close inspection by person familiar with GM's. Also wiring, esp AC details need close inspection to see if it matches the rest of work.
