On June 11th, 12th, and 13th, between 11PM and 5AM EST, the network engineering team that hosts the Help Assist List will be performing maintenance in their East Coast data center. This maintenance may cause brief network outages during the maintenance window lasting no more than 15 minutes.
The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade existing network equipment to provide additional capacity for future services, better network management, and improved reliability for their switching infrastructure.
We will closely monitor our service levels during the maintenance window in order to control the impact of the scheduled downtime.
