Title: Trying to find history for a GMC 4905 bus

I'm considering the purchase of a GMC 4905 bus.  Can anyone with access to the buyer list tell me the first buyer or any history info for P8M4905A-1443?

P8M4905A-1443 From GMC to Blue & White Lines (Altoona,PA) 07/1976.

By the way, is there some publicly available list out there that shows this information? I'd love to have quick access to something like that as I continue to shop around.

There are lists here: http://www.oocities.org/~buslist/GM_Delivery.html#Parlor, (http://www.oocities.org/~buslist/GM_Delivery.html#Parlor,)  but they are not as complete as the ones RRT or RJ have access to.

For instance this list has no record of my bus(1308) or the one you're looking at (1443).

GMC's of those vintages aren't affected as much from road salt as the MCI, Eagles, and Flx's. You'll need to get it somewhere where you can get underneath to check it out.
