Hmmm. . . First post in here!
Wonder if anyone's interested in some "war stories" from back in my days of driving charters.
Does that fall under the auspices of the discussion heading?
???
Charters use buses, right! ;)
I'm sure you have some interesting tales that would make the hair on the back of my neck stand up. ;D
I'm in, RJ. Wanna spill? I'll read.
John
I did it wrong. No real war stories. just 2 flats over 20 yrs and a blown exhaust gasket that I consider a problem. Bob
We are waiting for the book, followed by the movie.
Rumor is they are going to get Robert Redford to play Bob :)
RJ,
Was great to visit with you last month.
I'm sure many would be interested in the "War Stories". Most of us that ever drove commercial buses have some.
What the heck, if they don't want to read them, they can just not open them.
That's my position!
So there we were, moving down a jungle trail when suddenly the point man stopped and motioned for us to........oh wait, that isn't the type of war stories you were talking about is it! ;D
In my humble opinion, any stories pertaing to driving a bus that might improve my driving and safety are always welcome reads..
