LeRoy, are you sure they are for sale, or just inside the fence. Lots have been written about those three buses over the years. Folks have tried to get in to see them only to be turned away.

I was by there 3 years ago and there was a sign on one of them that said For Sale, but maybe the place just likes to bust stones when asked to see them.

Those six cruisers have been there for years. Last I heard, he wanted like $80K for all of them. (I believe he wanted to sell them all as a package.) Good luck with that. I have all the serial numbers.

It's amazing what you can see from Google Maps street view!  I could spot three of them from the street!

A scenicruiser in a junkyard in West Little Rock Arkansas (I think that whole area is now an elite gated community now) is what got me spurred on to buy my first bus!  Its too bad that I bought a city bus first :(   If the Scenic had been running, I probably would have bought it!

Het Steve

You don't happen to have any photos of the Junkyard Scenic or serial number? (I always have to ask!)

Take care

Tom,

Sadly I don't :(  That was back in about 1987 when I think I only had a 35mm Cannon SLR.  I am one of those guys that could own a junkyard, but have a hard time parting with all the junk for one sentimental reason or another ;D

like has been said there is atleast one that says FOR SALE. I was pushing daylight to get back to Tucson and get set up prior to sunset. Pics are nice but I also saw them on google street prior to posting. My thought is if someone really wants to see them it is not an issue. Just call then come to AZ in the winter and go see them.

Liberty, what has not been said is this, folks have tried to get in the yard to see them, the owner would not let them.
Now I am in no way beating you up, just sharing information.
