I paid something like $90 at Sam's in CO this summer.

Where are you? Might be worth picking up a couple at that price.

There are 80 of these units in Sacramento. I plan on a couple. Let me know and perhaps I can work something out to get several of them.

I'd like to have 2, but I don't know how I'd get them to MN.

Craig and wrench (Nick if serious ???).  My only issue is how can we get these items to you. I understand that they have to be shipped as hazardous materials.  If you plan on a trip out to the West coast or have friends coming out, we could hold the units. Any ideas would be great.

Here is the plan, if you are serious about a purchase. I think the actual price is 70.91 per unit. Of course that is without California tax of 8.25%.

I will purchase those units that I recieve money for.  Right now here is the plan.  If you can send me the money.  Lets say $78.00 that would be my cost for each. I will hold the units for a few weeks.

The other plan, you purchase directly from SAMS club (95621) Greenback store and then let them know that Grant Goold will pick up the units. Once you notify me that you have them on will call. I will shoot over and pick them up for you.

Either way, let me know via email and I will start the ball going.

Good day!

Grant,

I just can't figure out how I'd get them back here. I don't know anyone coming this way, so while I appreciate your willingness to do this for us, I'm going to have to let this one go.

Maybe I'll luck out and they'll lower the price in CO and I can pick up a couple next time I'm out there.

For some reason, they don't sell them in Sams here in MN.

Thanks anyway.

They sell it in Illinois for $70. at Sams, you may be able to get it here cheaper than from Cal in the long run. just saw it at Sam's yesterday. Maybe someone from here is going your way.

Gumpy, the Sam's club in White Bear Lake, Minnesota  sells R134A, or at least they did this summer.  I just got back back from Sam's Club.  I should have looked for the R134A.  They may not sell it during this time of year since nobody uses air condtioning here until spring.

Hmm.  Next time you're there, check for me, please.

I'll look at Maple Grove next time I'm in. I know they've not had it in the past several years, but maybe that's changing. I haven't looked for a couple years.

Okay, I forgot to buy something at Sam's Club yesterday so I stopped there when I was out today.  The White Bear Lake, MN location has R134 at $70.22 per jug.  They only had six on the shelf and the shelf tag said seasonal item so these are probably the last six jugs until the spring/summer items come back in.

I wonder if the price of R134A has come down so dramatically is because the Big 3 are building fewer vehicles and using less R134A?

Boy, if only diesel would drop as fast and as far in price as R134A!
