Now that is cool. I had a relative that retired a full colonel (he wanted out before 1 star) and he worked with the Patriots (now with Northrup Grumman, of course).  So awesome that it went as planned.

What a coincidence!   I just watched "Spies Like Us" with Chevy Chase and Dan Akroyd.  It's hard to believe Reagan promoted the Star Wars defense back then!

Now if we can only figure out how to stop the camel drivers from planting EFP's in the roads and blowing themselves up in public places.

When Reagan was telling the world (Russian's) about Star Wars, we were sitting out here at Kwajalein Missile Range, shaking our heads, saying, "We can't do any of that".  My buddy commented, "Believe we are about to get really busy".
Reagan, was the best saleman we've every had. The Russian's spent millions and millions trying to catch up to something we didn't even have.
