I know I've read other's similar comments but I just wanted to add my $.02 for their exemplary customer service! I contacted thier support department a little over a week ago concerning a problem with my model 2000 Fantastic fan. Their support personnel quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent me the appropriate parts at no charge. I have received the parts and after following the excellent installation instructions my fan is again working as it should. Kudos for a fantastic product and even better customer support. I won't consider buying any other fan.

They have a well-deserved reputation for exemplary customer service. I had the same experience this winter and was very pleased.

I'll tell you guys of another outfit that stands behind their product I bought a Flo/Jet sewer pump the switch went out they didn't just send the push button switch they sent a complete pump with the carrying case and told me to keep the other pump but he did make me do a little testing like the power to it and the fuse in the handle all in all a good experience for me
I doubt they will ever match Fantastic those guys do not care about when the warranty expires they ship parts for a 20 year old fans no questions asked
