Might be on the east coast. I remember seeing it at Daytona bike week several years ago.

Wasn't there a GM 35 footer extended with a T-drive Cummins at the "Back to the Bricks" Rally in Clio MI a couple years ago? (This year August 16-19, 2012, Ed Roelle is one of the organizers find him and PM here as "edroelle")
Really well executed, skins all lined up, and unless you are a GM freak, you wouldn't really have noticed the longer overhang, as all the modern stuff has big rear overhang.
There was a big roller under the rear bumper for those occasional "touch down" moments...

The owner of this board Mike K had one in late 90's I saw one in Phoenix and was wondering if it was his old bus there must be more than one out there lol
On Mike K coach the left side rear door was removed & a full side window was used to replace it. Look more like a 06 then.
Dang I thought I had the only one that way. It is nice to open both windows and let the breeze blow though
