Ok,
Here goes...... from start to finsh in one night... More pictures than text.....
I ran short on the mounting clips for the rope lights.... they were so cheap that the slightest misalignment when snapping in the light would break it.

Approximate time: 5 beers.

WOW that is WAAAY too cool --- but you gotta have an EMPTY bay -- not gonna happen in my bus
If it did I'm sure I could find some people to use it.
Melbo ;D ;D ;D
Looks good! What type fabric did you use on the walls? I have been redoing some panels inside my bus and never thought to wrap the foam insulation in fabric. It sure would have been easier to cut some of the contours.

I use 6 yards of black fleece from JoAnnes Fabric. I found it in the blanket fabric section. It was also a blemish so it was 75% off, total cost $16. I washed and tumble dried it to get all the lint off. 3M adhesive spray worked perfectly, too. It set up pretty quick but still gave you enough time to get a wrinkle out.
;D I like it too.

5 beers? You're working to fast!

i'm with Melbo - i could use that for the grandkids, but an empty bay? nahh.
Plus a side benefit - it's more space to rent out to pay for all those suspension parts! :D

Or drinking too slow :-)
For the rope lights I used cabinet door latch pieces. After going thru 50 of the cheap plastic ones I bought the smaller size of the "two roller/metal clasp" type, and squeezed them smaller. Works great. We have the rope lights around the front of our concession trailer and take the lights off for travel. For a more permanent mount look to electrical single hole clamps.
