I have no affiliation with this bus. Just thought it was a good deal.

Just noticed that all the windows look to be peninsula sliders...
Just got a callback from the guy from that phone number. He had no idea what I was calling about. This MAY be a scam post so please be careful. Moderators feel free to remove this thread.
I guess if it looks to good to be true... it usually is.
Rick
Good buy Rick but that is not a 1995 model 15 maybe a re title job looks like a 05 to me lol
Once again luvrbus is correct. That bus is an 05 and belongs to a long time member of the Midwest Bus Nuts. I looked up the owner's numbers and the number listed is not one of them. I don't know if the bus is actually for sale or not, but if someone want to check on it I can give you the owner's numbers if you send me an email.
Good luck, Sam
I think it's only about ten miles from me if anyone wants me to look at it.
Fred
I think a scammer will sell it cheaper than the owner.
I talked with the owner. He and I have crossed paths periodically when I've had my bus in town loading up for trips. I have not stopped to see it but it is an 05 with an 8V92 set at 435 hp because the rebuilder wouldn't warranty it if it was set any higher. ALso has Jakes. It also has a nine inch roof raise; is all electric with 10 6 volt batteries if I recall, and good tires.
It was converted by a shop in the mid 90s that did quite a few conversions but a name I didn't recognize.
He is selling it because of health conditions that preclude him leaving the proximity of his doctors.
Fred
Fred and Sam
If you guys know this guy you should tell him the phone number he has on the post is incorrect.
Thanks
Rick
Is the 05 the model or the year? I'm assuming that there is no way a bus that was built in 2005 is selling for 28k?
I admit I know nothing about eagle's... Like y'all didn't guess that already ;D
Rick
Rick, the 05 was the model they were manufactured from 1968 to 1980 the 8v71 was the standard engine but the Cat and Cummins were a option never a 8V92 that would be a repower
good luck
Rick,
Good point about the phone number. I'll let him know.
Fred
Hi Rick,
I spoke with the owner a couple of days ago and the phone number has been corrected. As stated in the ad, he is selling for health reasons. He said he has had some tire kickers and one offer but the bus is still for sale.
Good luck, Sam
If I was looking that bus would get serious attention. That is a really good deal if rust isn't an issue.

They were in Wisconsin Clifford. Several of the coaches they completed were this emerald green color, this might be one of them, but the interior doesn't look too much like what they were doing at that time (the one's I saw that is).

You are right Don wasn't it Jamestown or Jonestown or something like that I remember the owner George

Whew, finally got this thread to open up. Something is really getting kinky on this board, it does it more now than in the past.
I am not sure of the exact location of the place. I just remembered they were in Wisconsin, talked to a guy at WalMart one time that had one, he was really pleased with it. I don't know when it was they went under, but then again, a lot of them have bit the bullet since then.

When I first looked at this bus I thought that the interior looked like ours. We have the lightly tinted white oak cabinets ( I think they call this look "pickled".) and there is a hint of the light design on the walls that we have on our wallboard. I wonder if the same company made our bus. Oh and the seats were green and the couches kind of matched the walls. When we first bought it my wife said she felt like she was swimming in a sea of teal and mauve.
We've gotten rid of a lot of the stuff that made her feel that way.

Ramblin Fever was in Janesville, WI. I'm not sure if this bus is one of theirs or not. At least four members of the Midwest bus nuts had Ramblin Fever conversions. One still does. The owners feelings about Ramblin Fever were mixed, some liked the company, others did not. Ramblin Fever converted mostly used Eagles but they also converted other brands and toward the end converted a few new shells. The company was sold to one of their employees and the name was changed to Pyramid Coach. I'm not sure what happened to the company after that. The former owner of Pyramid Coach came to a rally we attended last summer and was then working for Janesville RV. Just a little trivia.
Good luck, Sam
Akroyleagle (Joe) can give you the details about Ramblin Fever him and George were good friends he still owns a Ramblin Fever Eagle
I think Ramblin Fever was the only converter ever to convert a few new Dina's fwiw
