My bus has been at Horizon Coach Arcadia, Florida, for sale for over two years. I've always had good dealing with Rodney Daniels.
However lately I've been dealing with Mike Waller. Just before having my brother picked up the bus last month. Horizon replaced the front left wheel seal. Forgot what they charged, but remember thinking it was a little high. Maybe not, since I didn't call others for prices.
I notice that the wheel was still leaking when I arrive home from the island on this trip. As most of you know, I've been busy getting the bus painted and such. I e-mailed Mike to tell him about the still leaking wheel. Here are the two e-mail's I've received from him.
The first was pretty simple, "This is outside of any warranty period for this type of repair."
I replied,
Mike,
I'm not bring it back for repair. Just thought you should know. Fact is, it leaked from day one.
Glad to see you stand behind your repair.

His last reply:
Bill,
Is there any reason that you could not have had the courtesy to tell me this earlier? Had you told us day one I would have done something gladly. Apparently we are not capable of making you happy. I suggest you find another service and retail source.

BTW nice paint job.......the leaking wheel seal is barely noticeable! ;)

I was there today he has a couple of 2000 model MCI E series he is trying to sell me and not a bad price either

I love those guys at Michelangelo's. Tell them the guy with the blue MCI-9 said hello. Then tell them I painted it with.
They let me dry camp at there place a couple days while they worked on the bus.

Update:
I've received an e-mail from Frank Baker, the Service Manager at Horizon Coach (he has been out of the shop for a couple weeks). He apologize for the any problems and says Mike has refunded me the invoice amount. He also added that they do stand behind their work.

Bill, I remember when you were staying there Clifford had told me about MA and i went to check out, That;s when me met and you gave me a tour of your Bus. I had owned our Eagle for about 3 months and didn't have a clue what I was doing. ;D ::)
