Title: Recommendations on a shop near Orlando?
Post by: coachconverter on July 08, 2012, 12:09:29 PM
Anyone have some good first-hand experiences with a bus-shop near Orlando?

Need a couple of DL3s with S60s diagnosed, possibly repaired.

Thank you,
Todd

Central Florida Bus repair in Lakeland about 30 miles west if Orlando is probably going to be your best and cheapest shop!

I was broke down in Orlando last year and used Dutch at Dutch Enterprises. His phone number is (407)492-1057.  He did a total rebuild on a DT466 for me at a reasonable price.  I like him and would use him again.

I'll second what Ace said.  John's place don't look so hot, but it's friendly and honest.  Good place for fixes.

John has been doing some sprucing up Tom since the last time you spent money there! Been painted and racks are up with trannys and parts stacked in between the bays! Better drainage at wash bay and easier access to paint booth!
Matter of fact, just pulled out an eagle that was painted along with a matching cargo trailer, including stripes and swirls!  :)

Looks don't matter service is what you want the ugliest shop in the world was Willies in Nunn CO  but if you had trouble with your 2 stroke you knew for sure it was going to be right when it left the shop

I sure miss talking to that guy he had forgot more about a 2 stroke than most of us will ever know RIP Willie

Dont rule out the Detroit shops in that area! they have some top techs in Orlando and Ocala. I think they share a couple of the guys sometimes.

i'll probably have to go somewhere else cheaper if he spruced up so much, or is it all paid for thanks to your prevost?  :D
