Greetings and Salutations Micheal and Christi
We have "Officially Declared" --- BUS RALLY well maybe only one bus -- we are traveling through your "space" and would like to avail ourselves of your hospitality or at least a proper parking space for a forty foot bus with all the accoutrements (at the prevailing $$ rate of course) on the evening of the 26th July forthwith --- If this is within the realm of possibility let us know post haste --- We will put your name on our dance card for the forthcoming trip.
Thank You
Melbo and Billie

Better lay in an extra stock of whiskey if Mel is heading your way.
Was thinking "Great, I'll be down near Dixon, TN @ that time". Then I got to thinking, they never said a state. And isn't Dixon, TN spelled Dickson. So I started checking and found "Singing Land Cruiser" is from around MI not TN. Oh well, maybe next time.
Don't head to Dixon MI that would be Michigan and you still would not find them --- Dixon MO near The Lake Of The Ozarks -- Lots of fun stuff to do in the area including the state capitol at Jefferson City MO and Mark Twain History by Hannibal MO.
Check it out
Melbo
Yes, Dixon, Missouri ;D
Gah.. we're currently in St. Louis, but just decided that we'll likely head northward to Madison, WI this week.. then perhaps onwards to the Oshkosh air show that weekend.
Have a blast!

The first step for a "Bus Convoy" heading out to a "Bus Rally" is fresh oil in Engine Genset and Transmission -- Fresh Filters --- Adjust the Brakes and Lube it up --- So I rolled it up on some Railroad Ties and gathered up 17 Gallons of oil -- One Week from today the convoy rolls out ( well OK it's really only one bus BUT it's hard to mess up a one bus convoy ) AND here's a picture ;D
In the immortal words of Jerry Reed......'East-bound and down!'
Enjoy your trip; we are envious!!!!
Best regards.
Mark and Donna
Well I got the oil changed in the trans engine and genny :)
Got the bus all greased up and the brakes adjusted :)
Checked the air in all the tires :)
Came home took a shower and put my clothes in the washing machine :)
Today I'm disassembling the washing machine and cleaning it out while packing for the trip --- note to self greasy shop wipes don't go in the washing machine ::)
If I don't have any MAJOR blunders between now and Tuesday the convoy (of one) will roll out of Albuquerque Tuesday pm headed to Tucumcari and on to the bus rally in Dixon 8)
Melbo
have a blast and be safe. Give em both a squeeze for us when ya'll get there ;)
Van we will be sure to do that
The "Convoy" is at rest in Tucumcari and will be in Chandler OK by tomorrow night --- we did not get Burt Reynolds to run his black firebird or Kris Kristofferson to run in front with the "rubber ducky" as we are traveling at a comfortable 60 MPH with the L10 turning about 1800 and the temps are just under 180 and the pyro at about 700 -- the only hickup was the fridge was not in the mood to be "cool" but finally decided to play nice --- we are planning the seminar for the guys and workshop for the ladies at the "Bus Rally" --- we will keep you posted as practical as we are NEW to flash rallies --- this is our first one
Melbo and Billie
Somebody call Christy Hicks! If anyone can get a Flash Rally going, She Can! ;D
How to get here:
Missouri Festival Park.com
On Interstate 44 Take exit 163, and follow Highway 28 to Dixon. From Dixon, take Highway C west 1.5 miles, turn right on Highway 133, and go four miles.
A sign on the right side of road will direct traffic to the festival park.
The "Convoy" has arrived -- good roads all the way from the interstate to the "Rally"
Excellent hospitality and the Ladie's workshop and Men's seminar went well
I've posted pictures --- You should stop by here sometime.
Thank You Micheal and Christi

All is Good? Check ;D
Well the flash came to an end this morning after a night of Darts & beer at the Grille. We had a great tour of the Melbo Bus and down the road "The Rally of One" went. I was good to see you two again. Have a safe trip

The "Flash Rally" is over but the "Convoy" rolled on to the Mississippi River
Proof that the "Convoy" is at rest on the banks of the river.
