Title: MCI-9 Turn Signal
Post by: Kwajdiver on June 30, 2012, 06:10:39 PM
1983 MCI-9,  Seems to be a problem with the turn signal switch.  It no longer has a neutral position.  It's either blinking to the left or blinking to the right.  If I do happen to find a neutral - no blinking - position, as soon as I move the steering wheel just a little, it starts blinking again.  If I need a new switch, where is the best place to order? Part number????

Thank you for the help!
Bill

I would take it apart to see what's wrong first.

If you need a new one, phone MCI. They might still have one.

Or you can get an after market one that straps onto the steering column. At a transport truck dealer? or a junk yard?

Hi,
Look to get one from US Coach , ask for Luke.
Make sure you have the year and VIN number when you call.

Thanks, I'll take it apart next week.  Right now, I'm on the way to the airport.  On the way to Washington DC for the 4th of July.
