From time to time I do a little brainstorming trying to come up with a name for "Our Bus". All to no avail. I just haven't landed on something that fits. Along the way it seems that the "Bus Demons" find out when we're going to a rally & find a way to get us either coming or going & put a wammy on us. It always amazes me reading posts of people who buy a bus that's been sitting without having even been started in years, has 15 yr old tires, never driven a bus in their life yet drive the just bought bus home 1500 miles with no issues. Anyway, Tara & I stopped at a state park on our way home from picking up "Our Bus" from WW Williams after it's latest repairs. We're settled in our easy chairs with a nice lakeside view talking about the bus when... all of a sudden out of the blue she says "I know what to call the bus".
"GIMME A BREAK"
So there it is... The bus has now been named & one day we'll see to it that it gets pasted right across the front cap of the old girl...

Well, being that it's an EAGLE, here are some ideas: SILVER RED BIRD, RED STREAK, OLD BETSY, RED THUNDER. Regardless, that is one beautiful coach. Forgive me but what year is it and what power train do you have?
Never mind. I just saw it in the small print. A gallon of coffee just doesn't cut it anymore. :)
John,
That post made me laugh out loud. Perfect name. Im working on my Eagle 10s today and have said that exact phrase no less than 3 times already.

Does anyone remember "Nellie Bell"?
Lin, are you talking about a bus or the jeep in the Roy Rogers show?
Haha my tires were 19 years old, otherwise you nailed it!
That is a great name. Like most good names it came to you out of the blue! Congratulations.
