Title: Windshield Washer

The spray nozzle for our windshield washer looks like it's been broken off.  Do these nozzles screw in and out or is the assembly all one piece?  We have a GM PD-4108.

If it's like my 4905 two nozzles are one piece and are different for left and right.
The nozzles are pressed into piece that sticks out that you see in front.
Also the nozzles are threaded and can be removed by removing a nut using a 9/16" box end wrench.
The hose slips on the back of each nozzle.
