Mike - Looking good.  Nice putting the angle on the slats.  Hope you ran some extra wire runs for future adds.  You never know when youll need to add powered mirrors to the bedroom ceiling. ;)

Thanks Sean:  At this time, I am planing on running all my wires down the center of the ceiling.  In the bed room the only outlets will be on the back wall and one under and in the TV cabinet.  12 volt lights in the ceiling and under the cabinets, which should all be accessible by the wires being run down the center of the ceiling.  Cable TV wire will be run on the opposite side, so I will have to run that before paneling the ceiling on that side.
