I use ( Mydakotaaddress) in madison S.D. Terri is great. I pay top end and she does my titles ($20.00) , but renewalls free. Also when I get mail she e-mails who it is from, and can sign for mail, etc.
Also sends it to me when I desire it. Yes it costs, but my choice.
And with SD reg. you need SD drivers lisc. etc.

Our resident/domicile state is Texas. Went through the Escapees in Livingston to get a permanent address. They will forward our mail to our choice of location, for a price.  ;)

It was easy to do since we were already residents.

We also went with South Dakota as our state of domicile - lots of benefits up that way. We use www.MyDakotaAddress.com (http://www.mydakotaaddress.com) as well, Terri has been wonderful to us over the years (we just use the monthly service, as we have most of our stuff handled online.)

There are a lot of considerations to take into account before selecting a state - such as tax situations, inheritance rights, home schooling laws (for those raising kids on the road), jury duty requirements, inspection requirements, property ownership, vehicle registrations, obtaining a driver's license, insurance costs, etc.   South Dakota, Texas and Florida are some of the more frequent choices, but other states might make sense depending on the situation.
