I dont think there is any way I can pull it off, but I sure will try. Looks about a 400 mile round trip.
Heck you are right next door. It would be over 1900 round trip for me :)
Its only 2300 miles round trip for us.......meet you there, Frank!
In all seriousness, we really wish we COULD be there!
You guys are Killin" ME ;D
Well the Bus is a stripped shell up on blocks needing tires and maintenance before it will ever leave the yard. Like I say, probably wont happen but I'll try. I think the Bus would love it.
Come on Paul, YOU CAN DO IT!!! ;D

Hi Michael and Christi,
We plan to attend your rally in June. We will include a stop in Iowa City for a medical appointment, sight seeing in Van Buren County, Iowa, the rally, a visit to relatives in Poplar Bluff, MO, and more sight seeing on the way home. We look forward to meeting some new bus nuts and the activities at the rally. Thanks for hosting!
Thanks, Sam and Charlet Sperbeck
La Crescent, MN
We've put it on our potential's calendar for now! June is tentatively looking like we'll be in the area, but all is subject to my father's health situation as to if we'll be able to escape Florida.
Would be lovely to see you guys again, M&C... and meet up with more awesome bus nuts!
- Cherie
We are planning on it, will bring the GM 4104, under 200 miles for us so no reason not to make it. Will be our first bus rally.
Please keep us updated. Any one wants to meet up in Harrison Ar, Springfield or Branson Mo and caravan up give me a shout.
Rick
Hey, this is great! Tell 100 people/bus nuts. Full Event list to come soon...Michael ;D
Cetting close, go to the Calendar to get on the list. M&C ;D

Van & Cheryl ;)
Thanks Van, we do too ;D
My apologies Michael - should have done this earlier in the week.
I had a great visit with Michael last Monday. He's working pretty hard so I didn't stay long. For those who may be interested there's a summary of our visit here (http://www.travellingwithgeorge.blogspot.com/2012/04/michaels-rv-park-hail-in-st-louis.html)
In case you don't want to read my ramblings, here's a couple of pictures from the new park:

That's maestro Michael hatching up some new musical delight for his guests or maybe he's ordering supplies to continue his park renovations.

He's got 38 acres to work with and he's using the ridge down the centre of the property for several modern new sites while maintaining the rustic forested appearance of the balance of the park.

This sign pretty well sums up what is going on.
Hey Bob, it was great to see you again. Sorry I didn't have more time to spend and you were right, I was about to come up with something for you to do! Maybe next time. Great Blog too. We will have 60 full hook-up sites with 30 or 50 amp and 245 30 amp and water sitesalong with many tent sites. The Grille will be open on the 18th of May and the small store on the 19th. Work, Work, Work. No time to waste. We hope to see you all at the Rally in June. Michael & Christi

Wish we could be there also, but alas....duty (work) calls.....
Mark and Donna
Hi Michael,
Unfortunately we will not be coming now either. We had intended to visit relatives in Poplar Bluff but they are coming to Minnesota the first of July so it doesn't make sense for us to go there. We will now be going to North Dakota in June to visit my wife's family instead of July, unless something changes again. Sorry we won't be there.
Sam MC 8
Thats to bad Sam, we will be having another Bus/RV Rally in Oct. Maybe you can make that one. All the Best, M&C

One more day, ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Hmmmm, Friday night no Busses at the rally???? Hmmmmm. It is our 1st one but.............M&C
Sorry to see the lack of buses :(
New twist last night and this morning, we are getting phone calls (7 now) asking how many busses are here. We then say "none yet", they say "we will call back". We have never seen this before. Usually, bus nuts just show up. If they just come we can have a rally. Hmmmmm M&C ;D
