We are planning to take the Bus and Family to Rocky Point for a few days to see the sights and camp on the Beach.
Any suggestions on rv parks etc.
Thanks,
John

Also what do you guys do for Mexico Insurance.
thanks
I will PM you my agents info in rocky point --- pretty reasonable to insure.

Check your policy mine is good for 50 miles into Mexico lot's of polices have it we stay at the Playa Ora on the beach 20+ a night American owned sorta of, cash only no credit cards American money only
good luck
Rocky Point is 100 km into MX or 62.5 miles --- 12.5 miles past your insurance Clifford.
Everybody in Mexico likes American Money
They just don't like pennies ::) ::)
Melbo
Just don't wreck past the 50 miles lol I never buy the Mexican Insurance when we went to Mexico City my American agent covered me,Mexican insurance has always been a scam a 100 dollar bill will work wonders there if you are in a accident
Clifford --- Isn't all insurance a scam --- AKA the worlds SECOND oldest profession
Melbo
....and I thought taxi cab drivers were the second oldest profession. Learn something every day.
Texas just issued its annual "spring break" Mexican travel advisory. I wish you fun and safe travels; I have to admit that I personally couldn't be convinced to cross that border these days.
Cheers, John
It's Ok -- my in motion sat quit working and I use it as a turret ;D
Melbo
I told my wife I wanted to winter in Mexico, and in a totally separate unrelated conversation, told her I wanted a roof-mounted motorized turret with a mini-gun, and somehow the two got connected in her head and now we can't. :-[
I would suggest for you gringos coming to Mexico Sanborns Mexico Insurance. They have been around for six decades. They used to insure all of the Airstream trailer caravans into Mexico.

I personally cannot use Sanborns because my vehicles are registered in Mexico (they only do U.S. and Canadian vehicles.), but many of my U. S. friends have used them and have had very good experiences.
And this is certainly no joking matter: Here in Mexico, if you have an accident and anybody is injured, you WILL be a guest of the local jail until the judge says that person is well -- unless you have insurance.
My two pesos' worth.
