I've been reading this board for sometime. Eventually I am going to jump in. I've owned two motor homes in the past.
I would like to know what you all think of this:

I really like the look of the old buses.
Nice looking bus --- looks like some good work and lots of time in it.
I'm not sure how the 8.3 Cummins is rated for a highway runner but I'm sure someone here will chime in about that.

Don't know about the 8.3 but i agree, nice looking bus. Only changes i would make would be the 2 seats and the steering wheel. ;D Will be interesting to see if this sells and what it goes for.
Don't worry about the 8.3,, it's a great engine for torque,, power,, longevity, and mileage..(and they don't leak) Someone has done a wonderful job on this bus!! It has a professional appearance inside and out, yet a warm feeling inside and very useable.
A lot of money and time has been spent on it by all appearances.>>>Dan
You won't steal that bus 10,000 won't touch it lol I have no idea what he will sell for now but do know what he was asking
good luck
I kinda figured that if he went to all of the time and expense to build that like he did, that he probably used a good engine, i just don't know anything about them. ;D Didn't figure it wold go for cheap Clifford.....can you give us a ballpark price range? :) My guess would be somewhere north of $60,000
Wow... finally pictures of this gorgeous bus! We were contacted by the seller during our bus hunt, and he only sent us a very old exterior picture to look at. We never could get the rest of them. It's really quite beautiful, and had we been able to get more info at the time - it probably would have made the top of our contender's list. The VL-100 speaks dearly to us.
I can say, at the time (back in May/June), his asking price was below the 'north of 60k' guess.

That bus is in a class of it's own. It is so unique and well done it should command a high price. Worth it if you have the coin for it.
Frazer's V100 had a little more to offer he was asking 65,000 for it, parts are the problem with the V100 they have a torque suspension similar to a Eagle but the Flx people find the parts or make them and the Flx group are a nice bunch of people
good luck
